Katie Lohmann was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, the youngest of three children; having a sister, Christine and a brother, Michael. Her father, Dan - a successful accountant; while her mother, Sharon, is head of payroll for Citibank.

Katie discovered she loved to be on stage performing, her first performance was singing a song from the Walt Disney classic The Little Mermaid, at the age of eight, where she received a standing ovation. In 1989, a casting took place for The All New Mickey Mouse Club. Although Katie had never worked on a television show, she felt that this would be the perfect opportunity and was told she was exactly what they were looking for. Unfortunately, her mother felt she was too young and the show would interfere with her education. Taking her mother's advice, Katie waited until she finished school before pursuing her career.

Katie graduated from high school and relocated to Los Angeles in the summer of 2000. Katie had already been modeling several years prior to moving to California, and within a short amount of time graced covers of numerous magazines all over the world. By the age of twenty, she scored her first acting gig on television, and soon found herself landing roles in movies.

She currently resides in Woodland Hills, California and hopes to do more comedy work in the future.
