The "Badan" deck features an image of Nerlande Daniel. "Badan" means "body" in Indonesian.
The most difficult part about these images was deciding which ones to use. They all turned out so amazing. The best part was the fact that Nerlande emailed me not once, but twice, gushing over how much the loved the photos. It always feels good when the model is excited and appreciates what we have done together.
Thankfully, we didn't get bitten by any rattlesnakes in the grass either. The ground was full of rattlesnake holes. Nerlande was freaking out. She was convinced a snake was going to bite her. I told her they were gopher holes and there was nothing to be afraid of. Easy for me to say - I was wearing combat boots and she was barefoot in a bikini!
But we got the shot and that's what counts! And I didn't even have to suck poison out of her foot.
